We aim to provide clear, responsible guidance that helps families plan activities that are enjoyable and realistic.
The Service may include: written guides, checklists, suggested materials lists, printable-style instructions presented on web pages, and tools for contacting us about workshop formats or collaboration requests. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, or professional therapeutic services, and it does not provide guarantees about outcomes from any activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ErinFocus Education Platform and its directors, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the lower of: (a) the total amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 100 EUR.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. This section applies even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ErinFocus Education Platform and its directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

You agree that the courts of Dublin, Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.

Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Please provide a clear description of the issue and any relevant details so we can understand and respond.
If the dispute is not resolved within the informal resolution period, either party may bring proceedings in the courts specified in the Governing law section. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, posed a security risk, or used the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective 14 days after we post the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
